Land Planner I / II
Full-Time | Exempt
Salary Range: $58,000 - $72,000
We are seeking an Entry–Mid Level Land Planner (2–5 years’ experience) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to sharpen their technical skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow within a supportive, team-first environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Land Planner I/II, you will primarily support site planning and entitlement efforts across a range of development projects. This is a production-focused role with increasing responsibility over time.
Core Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual site plans, lotting plans, and master plans
Conduct zoning and land use research and summarize development regulations
Assist with due diligence and feasibility analysis
Prepare entitlement applications, reports, and submittal packages
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, architects, and other consultants
Support public meeting exhibits and presentation materials
Maintain organized and accurate project documentation
