Tyler Londono served as the landscape architect for 255 Fillmore Street, a 7-story office building with ground-floor retail in Denver’s Cherry Creek North district. Tyler focused on enhancing the pedestrian experience along Fillmore Street, providing streetscape design, paving plans, and planting that seamlessly integrated with the character and rhythm of the district.

On the building’s north side, Tyler designed an open space stairway that offers a distinctive public connection while complementing the building’s architecture and surrounding streetscape.
