Terry Stone designed the hardscape, landscape and amenity spaces for an urban mixed-use development in downtown Longmont. Positioned on a 2.6-acre site adjacent to Roosevelt Park, the project includes three levels of apartments over ground-floor retail, in addition to walk-up brownstone units enhancing the pedestrian experience.

The site design features unique streetscape treatments along three sides of the building, carefully crafted to respect the historic character of Longmont’s Main Street while creating inviting outdoor spaces for retail and restaurant tenants. A central interior courtyard offers a range of amenities including a pool, spa, lounge seating, fire pit, daybeds, and shared lawn. Lush, colorful plantings with year-round interest create a comfortable buffer between residential units and amenity spaces, fostering both privacy and vibrancy within the heart of the development.
