Inverness North Metropolitan District wanted to address the lackluster conditions of their existing streetscape and requested that Terry Stone oversee revitalization of the planting and hardscape design at critical areas. Located in the heart of Inverness North, this streetscape renovation focused on enhancing the centerpiece median, roundabouts, and public frontages.

The new design emphasized colorful, low-maintenance plantings to offer year-round interest and reflect the area’s evolving urban character in the mixed-use retail and residential district. Close coordination with the Metro District and contractor team ensured a smooth design and construction process while balancing existing conditions.
