MorningStar Senior Living at Observatory Park brings a hospitality-inspired approach to senior living within an established Denver neighborhood. The design intent for this urban infill, five-story community responds to the residential character of the Observatory Park neighborhood with a welcoming arrival experience and outdoor spaces creating a comfortable transition between the building and its surroundings.

From the entry drive to roof garden, landscaped planters and terraces extend daily life outdoors, offering residents places to gather, relax and enjoy rooftop views of Denver and the Front Range mountains. On-structure amenities, including bocce court, putting green, rooftop pergola and lounge seating areas, create opportunities for recreation and connection, while a dedicated Memory Care courtyard provides a more intimate and supportive outdoor destination. Together, these spaces support a vibrant community with a strong sense of place and connection to the neighborhood.
