The site and outdoor amenities for The Glenn Apartments, a 5-acre mixed-use residential community in Centennial, were designed by Terry Stone. The project features over 335,000 SF 785 apartments featuring ground-level retail, with abundant site amenities as a signature feature for the community.

Working closely with the architectural team, the outdoor spaces were carefully planned to prioritize resident experience, with a strong west-facing orientation to capture year-round sunlight and mountain views. The expansive amenity courtyard offers a resort-style pool with a sunshelf, two spas, a large central lawn designed for active uses and summer movie nights, bocce court, multiple shade structures, lounge seating, fire pit, and a communal grilling and dining area. A dedicated hammock nook and an intimate lounge patio anchored by a granite water feature provide quieter spaces for relaxation and small gatherings.

The project also includes a richly planted streetscape along Mineral Avenue and a welcoming main entry, setting the tone for a vibrant, resident-focused community.
